Audrey Curtis Hane is a Professor of Communication at Newman University. Her research focuses on the ways in which discourse shapes our relationships on an interpersonal and organizational level. Most recently, her focus in the classroom and in the community has centered on helping organizational members increase work satisfaction and effectiveness by cultivating their mental, physical and emotional well-being. Her dream job: Chief Happiness Officer. In addition to her teaching and research, Audrey has conducted communication training for many regional clients and has served as a communication consultant for various local organizations.
