SUMMARY:Book Review & Meditation Workshop - Living Untethered
DESCRIPTION:Join us for a book review and meditation workshop! We will gather to have an in-depth discussion on Michael Singer’s book ‘Living Untethered’ paired with a meditation practice at sunset. Goal will be to discover new tools for quieting the mind’s chatter and unhelpful storytelling. We will practice relaxing and releasing into the present moment. We will meet eight Wednesday evenings on the following dates: March 1\, 8\, 15\, 22\, 29\, April 5\, 12\, 19 Instructor will be Riya. Call or email for directions to this workshop!
