Rebecca (Riya) Stratton is a co-founder of Evolution of Us and is excited to welcome you to the Evolution of Us community. Rebecca is a meditation teacher, certified yoga teacher (YTT 500 hours), and a Certified Holistic Health Coach (The Institute of Integrative nutrition), and special events creator/blogger. She was also an interior designer for over 25 years. Her interior design work, painting, photography and writing further convey her passion and endeavor to explore what it means to live a fulfilling life.

Rebecca enthusiastically resides in Colorado and Saint Croix us Virgin Islands with her beloved husband, Doug.
